This policy explains how PRIME handles information used to provide workout tracking, AI planning, Apple Health integration, Apple Watch features and PRIME Social.

Information we collect

PRIME may collect account details, workout data, profile content, social activity, and health or fitness data only when you grant Apple Health permissions.

How we use information

We use information to provide workout logging, AI planning, progression tracking, readiness insights, Apple Watch syncing, PRIME Social features, support and account management.

Apple Health and HealthKit

PRIME only accesses Apple Health data after you grant permission. Health data is used for features such as calories, workouts, heart rate, readiness and recovery insights. PRIME does not sell Apple Health data.

Public content

If you share workouts to PRIME Social, that content may be visible to other PRIME users. Do not publish information you do not want others to see.

You can request account deletion by contacting support@prime-app.co.uk.
